SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday for next day or ground delivery Tuesday-Thursday. Orders close at 1pm ET/12pm CT. Shipping fees are regional based on your address. Once a shipping label has been created, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
PACKAGING
Products are stored in our freezer before shipment, ensuring a solid frozen crust that locks in freshness and quality during transit. Items are professionally vacuum-sealed for long-lasting storage and preservation of quality. Once ready for shipment, items are carefully packaged in state-of-the-art, insulated, biodegradable foam with dry ice pellets to withstand multiple transit days and remain secure even if the recipient is not immediately available to receive the delivery.
DISPOSING OF DRY ICE
Our boxes are packaged with dry ice pellets to keep temperatures stable during transit. These pellets will eventually evaporate into gas within 24-48 hours, depending on the amount of ice used. If ice is still present when you receive your delivery, carefully remove your items and let the ice transform into gas before disposing.
As long as your items are cold to the touch when recieved, they are safe and ready to cook.
