SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays between November 12th and December 18th. Shipping fees are $20 for in-state Alabama and $25 for out-of-state. Once a shipping label has been created, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
PACKAGING
Orders are carefully packed in insulated Styrofoam coolers with ice packs, designed to withstand multiple days in transit and remain secure even if the recipient is not immediately available to receive the delivery. As long as your steaks and ice packs are cool to the touch, they are safe and good to cook!
PRODUCT PACKAGING
All products are stored in our freezer prior to shipment, ensuring a solid frozen crust that locks in freshness and quality during transit.
All items are professionally vacuum-sealed for long-lasting storage and preservation of quality.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER(S)
Once shipping labels are created, the email attached to the order's shipping information will receive tracking information, or the order can be tracked using the button below.

TRUCK DELIVERY
While shipping is our primary, and recommended, method for delivering orders, we understand that large truck deliveries to nonresidential addresses within our service area may sometimes be more convenient. If you're interested in arranging a truck delivery, please contact us for details. A minimum of 20 packages is required, and delivery fees apply based on order size, up to $15 per box.
BULK ORDERS
For orders with 50 or more shipping addresses, we recommend reaching out to our team directly for an alternative invoicing option! Contact us for more details.
