How Are Items Packaged?
All products are stored in our freezer prior to shipment, ensuring a solid frozen crust that locks in freshness and quality during transit.
All items are professionally vacuum-sealed for long-lasting storage and preservation of quality.
All orders are carefully packed in insulated Styrofoam coolers with ice packs, designed to withstand multiple days in transit and remain secure even if the recipient is not immediately available to receive the delivery. As long as your steaks and ice packs are cool to the touch, they are safe and good to cook!
My Ice Packs Melted, Are My Products Still Okay?
Itâs completely normal for ice packs to melt during the shipping process. To ensure quality, each product is shipped with a protective frozen crust and packed in insulated Styrofoam boxes to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit.
As a general guideline:
- If your product is still cold to the touch, it is safe to enjoy.
- If your product arrives at room temperature, please contact us right away.
How Long Will My Product Last?
All of our products are professionally vacuum-sealed, ensuring long-lasting storage and preservation of quality. Vacuum-sealed packaging can extend shelf life by 3 to 5 times, as a general rule of thumb:
- Refrigerated: unopened, vacuum-sealed items can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month
- Freezer: unopened, vacuum-sealed can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year
For the best experience, we recommend keeping items in their original, unbroken packaging until youâre ready to enjoy them.
How Do I Gift a Package?
At checkout, simply enter your recipientâs shipping address and select the âGift Messageâ option to include a personalized note.
Please note: if you are purchasing multiple boxes for different addresses in a single order, the same gift message will be applied to all shipments.
Can I Schedule a Delivery?
Yes! You can schedule a delivery by selecting a future ship date at checkout.
How do I track my orders?
Once your shipping label has been created, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this information to follow your shipment directly through the FedEx tracking system.
